Cancellation Policy

If you have a scheduled cleaning and you’re forced to cancel, we always understand that things come up. We ask that you cancel in advance as soon as possible, so we have an opportunity to fill the vacancy in the schedule.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning, we will waive it the first time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning a second time, you’ll receive a $50.00 cancellation fee invoice that we ask is paid upon receipt.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning a third time, unfortunately we’ll be forced to permanently remove you from our schedule.
