Learning about Charlotte House Cleaners means learning about business owner Kelly Shampine.

A native of Syracuse, N.Y., Kelly relocated to the Charlotte area in 2015 to pursue greater opportunity in her 20-plus-year career in banking as a mortgage loan processor… and to get away from the cold and snow!

While in North Carolina she still has to deal with cold weather from time to time, for the most part there is no snow, thus, Happy Kelly!

In early 2018, housing interest rates spiked and Kelly was laid off from her mortgage job. She took the lay off and turned it into a positive, which sparked a career change....

I had family coming into town and Kelly was able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment which was hugely... helpful. I had expectations for the bottom story and my master bedroom to be cleaned but she went above and beyond and cleaned the entire house for the same price that was initially quoted. The cleaning job was excellent and and detail oriented right down to the quarter round on the base boards. Highly recommend.read more

Fantastic experience! Charlotte House Cleaners did a great job in my house. I had a Deep Clean Service and I have never... had my kitchen and bathrooms so clean. Professional and courteous, punctual and the level of detail to the cleaning was amazing.
