Perfect for repeat customers! Our standard cleaning gives our customers the peace of mind that the most frequently used areas of their home will be thoroughly cleaned, organized and spotless every time we clean.

- Sweep and mop all floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust tables, furniture and wall pictures within reach
- Dust all baseboards and wet mop
- Clean window ledges and ceiling fans within reach
- Make all beds (please provide clean sheets)
- Clean all bathroom toilets, counters, sinks, mirrors, tubs / showers, tile and floor
- Wipe down kitchen appliances and clean inside of microwave
- Sweep and mop laundry room floor
"Deep" Cleaning Service
6 to 12 hours based on house size
A great option if you're looking for a one-time clean or to schedule once a month. In addition to the Standard Cleaning package, we'll take the extra steps to bring the cleanliness of your house to a new level!
- All of the Standard Cleaning Service PLUS...
- Steam clean linoleum and/or tile floors after mopping (wood type flooring at customer request).
- All cabinets washed front and sides (kitchen and bath)
- Wash all windows and casings
- Doors, handles and light switches cleaned and sanitized
- Dusting of blinds*
- All corners of walls, ceilings and baseboard areas cleaned for cobwebs
*Based on condition of wood blinds and/or shutters, they can be cleaned in high traffic areas of home for an additional $25. Otherwise, blinds will be dusted only.
"Move In and/or Move Out" Cleaning Service
8 to 14 hours based on house size and condition
This cleaning offers a top to bottom cleaning to prepare the home for a move in or move out.
- Sweep, mop and steam clean linoleum and/or tile floors (wood-type floors at customer request)
- Clean edging of carpet and vacuum all carpeted floors
- Clean all ceiling fans within reach
- Wash all baseboards, window ledges, casings and windows
- Wipe down and wash blinds up to six ($10 for each additional set of blinds)
- Wash all front and sides of cabinets (kitchen and bath)
- Clean inside of all cabinets, including pantry shelves (kitchen and bath)
- Clean all bathroom toilets, counters, sinks, mirrors, tubs / showers, tile and floor
- Exterior of kitchen appliances wiped down, washed and sanitized
- Interior of microwave, refrigerator, freezer and oven cleaned. If oven is a self-cleaning style, it must be run the day before cleaning. If not a self-cleaning oven, then oven cleaning spray will be applied for an additional cost of $35. Please have the refrigerator and freezer emptied and turned off so a thorough cleaning can be performed.
- Wash and sanitize all doors, door handles, door casings and light switches
- Wipe down light fixtures within reach
- All corners of walls (top to bottom) dusted for cobwebs
Pricing:
- Standard Cleaning - Minimum 3 hours. Pricing starts at $125.00.
- Deep Cleaning - Minimum 6 hours. Pricing starts at $240.00.
- Move In/Out Cleaning - Minimum 8 hours, minimum 2 cleaners. Pricing starts at $320.00.
Example: Two cleaners on a 10-hour job is 5 hours for each cleaner (we're at your home for 5 hours total.)
