I had family coming into town and Kelly was able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment which was hugely helpful. I had expectations for the bottom story and my master bedroom to be cleaned but she went above and beyond and cleaned the entire house for the same price that was initially quoted. The cleaning job was excellent and and detail oriented right down to the quarter round on the base boards. Highly recommend.

Kelly is the most wonderful person and cleaning lady I have met. She always maintains agreed schedule, extremely punctual, and the quality of her work is off the charts. She uses organic products and strives to improve her approach to make sure her service is environmentally sound and healthy. No harsh chemicals all natural products. Charlotte House Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my house. We had a deep clean done on the entire home and when she was done, it was as clean as the day we bought our house!!! We highly recommend their cleaning services. We are now biweekly customers for life!!

Partnering with CHC has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Like most people, I work to keep my home as clean as possible. However, there are things that I accidentally overlook. This is not the case with CHC. Their commitment to the customer’s needs and attention to detail are unparalleled. In addition, they are very flexible with scheduling in an effort to accommodate the timeframe that works best for me. Fantastic experience! Charlotte House Cleaners did a great job in my house. I had a Deep Clean Service and I have never had my kitchen and bathrooms so clean. Professional and courteous, punctual and the level of detail to the cleaning was amazing. Our kitchen was so clean that I made my family go out for dinner that evening because I didn't want to mess it up! Highly recommend Charlotte House Cleaners for any cleaning needs.
